1	Clint or his representative can apply in company listed application form with 2 copies photograph attached.
2	Booking money and installment amount will be paid in favor of Venice of Bengal Properties Ltd. With cheque/DD/pay order. If the advance cheque of installment amount is bounced by the bank then he/she will be penalized according to the company rules and even plot booking and establishment may be cancelled.
3	Rest of the amount will be given with regular installment. For full payment sales payment must be made within 15 days of booking.
